Miles Wood
Miles is the Founder & CEO of Bristlecone Companies where he identifies, evaluates, and executes new investments, and supports value creation efforts in our existing companies. Most recently, he led two compliance-based recurring software and service businesses. Previously, Miles served as COO at a $35 million HOA management company and as a Consultant at Boston Consulting Group in Chicago.
Miles graduated Phi Beta Kappa from University of Notre Dame.
Will Thorndike
Will is the Managing Partner of The Cromwell Harbor Partnership and Founding Partner of Housatonic Partners. Will has over two decades of experience investing in recurring service companies across a wide variety of industries and now serves as a Director for Perimeter Solutions, Banyan Software, Carillon Assisted Living, Lincoln Peak Holdings, and ZircoDATA. Will is also the author of The Outsiders: Eight Unconventional CEOs and Their Radically Rational Blueprint for Success.
Will holds an A.B. from Harvard College and M.B.A. from the Stanford Graduate School of Business.
Kent Weaver
Kent is the Founder & CEO of Granite Point Partners and has personally invested in over 75 middle market companies. For two decades, Kent has partnered with entrepreneurs to build successful businesses including Banyan Software, VRI, FieldEdge, Discover Outsourcing, Infrastructure Management Services, and Integra, among others. Kent is also the Chairman and former CEO of Progressive Home Care, a Sacramento-based healthcare company he's operated for 15+ years.
Kent holds a B.S. from University of Southern California and M.B.A. from University of California, Los Angeles.
Jay Davis
Jay is a Co-Founder of The Nashton Company, a holding company that owns and builds privately-held companies with a focus on compounding cash flow, growth, and returns over long periods of time. Jay previously served as CEO of Vector Disease Control International, which provides vector-borne disease prevention programs and lake management services. Under his leadership, the company made 14 acquisitions and grew at a CAGR of 43%.
Jay graduated Phi Beta Kappa from Vanderbilt University and earned his M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.
